The hotel had friendly staff and a nice location by the river, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was subpar. I found pills and hair in the room, and the mattress felt worn. Breakfast was decent, but the overall maintenance needs improvement. Not the best experience overall.

Great option for families needing a clean stay

The hotel was clean and everything felt new like they just fixed it up or somethin. I mean, I was shocked how quiet it was with all those kids next door banging around but I never heard a peep.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.

The pool area didn’t meet expectations. the temperature felt too cold for comfort, which was disappointing considering I looked forward to using it. Additionally, I noticed some landscaping outside needed attention and could use improvement to enhance the property’s curb appeal. Overall, the staff's friendliness made up for some of the minor setbacks I experienced.

My family loved the spacious room with a water view and the cozy fireplace in the lobby that added a nice touch to our stay. We really enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and having a hearty breakfast in the large dining area. The only downside was the somewhat slow Wi-Fi, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌊

everything about my stay was excellent, especially the bright lights and plentiful outlets in my room which made it so comfortable. The breakfast selection had many choices to fuel my day of exploring nearby sights like the early Owego antique center, just a short stroll away.

We had a fantastic time staying here as a group! We explored the nearby Waterman Conservation Education Center and Apalachin Golf Course. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread exceeded our expectations with both hot and cold options. definitely worth trying!
